This is the sauce that started our company - I made the first bottle in 1976 in Florida to slurp oysters with, but have since discovered lots of uses. I actually saw a guy in a delivery truck one day taking a sip from a bottle of this sauce. I introduced myself and asked him why he was drinking the sauce from the bottle, and he told me that he took a little sip now and then during the day because it reminded him of eating oysters.
