With over 20 years working professionally in restaurants and kitchens, Greg’s palate has been refined to appreciate amazing flavor as well. These two talents combined with a passion for growing peppers and vegetables has blossomed into a company that produces sauces that highlight flavor balanced with appropriate levels of heat.

This company was created to provide people with pleasure and a way to broaden their tastes with exciting and inspirational flavors and culinary experiences.
